Patient: 52 year-old female

Clinical diagnosis: Right side hydronephrosis (undetermined etiopathogenesis)

During surgery, a retroperitoneal nodular lesion was revealed located in the lower one third of the urether.  The node was formed by soft tissues and infiltrates the urether up to the limit of the lumen.

Gross Examination:  A nodular fibrous lesion of 4 cm  larger diameter and 3 cm smaller diameter. The pictures below show a mixture of fibrous tissue and mucinous neoplastic cells.
