Patient: 52 years female Serologic investigation for autoimmunity: 1) ANA (anti-nuclear immunoglobulins) – 0,2 u/ml (permissible value <1,0 u/ml);2) Cardiolipin – 0,77; negative (Grey zone (±) – 0,9-1,1; diagnostical value <0,9) Serologic investigation for viral infections: 1) HSV - IgM negative; Ig G positive (8 u/ml; norm <5 u/ml) 2) CMV - IgM negative; IgG positive (3,8 u/ml, norm <0,5 u/ml) 3) EBV IgM – negative 4) TOXO IgM – negative 5) Chlamydia trachomatis - IgM negative;IgG negative 6) Anti-HCV – negative 7) HBsAg – negative; Anti-HBcor – positive; Anti-HBs – positive; Anti-HBe – positive Blood analysis: 1) Hemoglobin – 140 g/L; 2) Erythrocytes – 4,47; 3) Color index – 0,95; 4)Trombocytes – 245,8; 5) Leukocytes – 4,8; 6) Stab neutrophils – 1,5%; 7) Mature neutrophils – 53%; 8) Eosinophiles – 2,5%; 9) Lymphocytes – 38%; 10) Monocytes – 5%; 11) Reaction of erythrocytes’ sedimentation – 8 mm per hour Ultrasound investigation of lower extremities’ veins: Absolute deficiency of GSV of left lower extremity. Deep veins without pathologic alterations. Blood pressure: 140/90. Patient is hypertonic. Medicaments: 1) Normodipin - 5 mg, once per day (during last year); 2) Phezam – once per day (during last two years); 3) Klimadinon – 6 months in 2003 and 2 months in 2004 Last year (May of 2003) patient was complaining upon edema of ankles and itching of limbs’ skin. At the same time the freckles like punctuate rash was broken out (itching stopped). The appearance of rash was depending upon the temperature, in summer it was more intensive and in winter - less. In April 2004 the rash became more intensive. Patient complains to skin dryness and local hyperemia of the rash area. Since last days patient also complains upon weight filling in knee joints.
